Hey, I’m Skyler!

I’m a digital marketer, brand strategist, and creative problem-solver who loves blending data, creativity, and strategy to bring ideas to life.

Education

At the University of Arizona, I study Marketing, the space where creativity meets analysis. My coursework has focused on understanding people, crafting strategy, and turning insights into action.

Career

My journey in marketing began with a genuine interest in understanding people, what captures their attention, what earns their trust, and what makes them act.

Over time, that curiosity evolved into a career path centered around strategy, creativity, and connection.

I’ve never second-guessed this path.

Looking ahead, I’m eager to grow within innovative teams and contribute to purposeful, strategy-driven work that connects people to brands with authenticity and intention.

I’m drawn to roles that challenge convention and allow me to shape meaningful brand stories with work that’s grounded in data and purpose, but unafraid to push creative boundaries.

Ultimately, I hope to build a career where I can contribute to projects that inspire, connect, and leave a lasting impact on the people they reach.

At the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, I’ve built a foundation in Marketing that blends analytical thinking with brand storytelling. Through coursework and campaign projects, I’ve learned how to translate insights into ideas that resonate using branding strategy, consumer research, and creative execution.

I’ve also applied those skills through my internship with Catalina Foothills City Lifestyle Magazine, where I’ve supported editorial, client, and promotional work in a fast paced publication environment. My experience has included interviewing clients for stories, writing and editing editorial content, assisting with advertisement design, scheduling meetings, and coordinating across teams and deadlines to help bring projects from concept to completion. That experience has strengthened my communication, organization, and client-facing skills while giving me hands on exposure to how editorial, advertising, and marketing efforts come together.

Together, these experiences have strengthened my ability to think critically, collaborate effectively, and approach marketing through both logic and empathy.
